- Auto-enrolment rules are regulated, including the “90 days of employment” rule and the deadlines to enrol after that period (with defined time frames).
Compliance Calendar You Can Actually Rely On
- We align your monthly workflow with key statutory dates, including:
- ZUS payment and settlement deadlines (commonly the 5th / 15th / 20th of the following month depending on payer category; for payers with legal personality such as sp. z o.o., typically the 15th).
- PIT withheld advances transferred generally by the 20th of the following month (if the deadline falls on a non-working day, it moves to the next working day).
