Foreign corporate documents may also require certified translations or additional formalities. We recommend preparing as much as you can before the initial consultation to make the process efficient.
Can a foreigner establish a company in Poland?
Yes, foreign founders can establish companies in Poland, subject to the applicable requirements. The process may depend on nationality, immigration status, company structure, planned activity and documentation. Company registration does not automatically provide the right to live or work in Poland.

What is the difference between a sp. z o.o. and a sole proprietorship?
A sp. z o.o. is a separate company registered in KRS. A sole proprietorship is a business operated by an individual and registered through CEIDG.
Do I need to live in Poland to establish a company?

Can I register a company remotely?
