We are looking for an entrepreneurial marketing leader who can execute strong digital marketing campaigns and build a new business unit from the ground up.
At the beginning, this role will focus on generating qualified leads and improving online growth for our own businesses and projects. Over time, the successful candidate will build a team, develop service packages, create scalable processes and turn an in-house marketing department into a client-facing digital marketing agency.
This is a hands-on and strategic position for someone who understands digital marketing as a complete growth system: lead generation, Google Ads, paid social, SEO, landing pages, analytics, automation, AI tools, sales funnels and client acquisition.
What you will do
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for our own businesses and future clients.
- Build, test and optimize landing pages focused on lead generation and conversion.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, remarketing and conversion tracking.
- Run paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram and other relevant channels.
- Develop SEO strategies, including keyword research, technical SEO, content planning and website optimization.
- Analyze ROI, lead quality, acquisition costs, conversion rates and campaign performance.
- Use AI and automation tools to improve content production, campaign management, analytics, reporting and marketing processes.
- Build service packages, pricing models, commercial proposals, onboarding flows, reporting standards and delivery processes for the future agency.
- Hire, coordinate and manage freelancers, contractors and a growing marketing team.
Who we are looking for
- You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, growth marketing or performance marketing.
- You have strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, landing pages, lead generation, analytics and conversion optimization.
- You can manage marketing budgets and measure real ROI.
- You have experience with B2B marketing, service-based businesses, consulting projects or agency work.
- You can think strategically and still execute directly when needed.
- You understand CRM systems, marketing automation, AI tools and sales-supporting marketing technology.
- You bring analytical thinking, strong organization and clear communication.
- You want to build, scale and manage a business unit, not only run campaigns.
Conditions
- Location: Warsaw, Poland.
- Work model: hybrid.
- Schedule: full-time.
- Base salary: 12,000 – 20,000 PLN, depending on experience.
- Performance-based bonus linked to lead generation, revenue growth and agency development.
- Direct cooperation with the founders and board.
